Not paying attention to my gas gauge and ran out of gas. These guys got there in 25 minutes and got me on the road. Both the girl that answered the phone and the gentleman that came out and helped me were very nice. Would absolutely call them again

These guys (Ronnie) really saved the day for me. Had a fluke problem with my car that left me stranded in the fast lane on Copans rd. Made a call to Tow Maxx and Ronnie was able to head over right away with a flatbed truck. He was there within 20 minutes during rush hour and quickly loaded my car and got me home safe and at a very reasonable cash price. They were also super nice the whole way through. If you need a tow I'd recommend them 100%.

My girlfriend’s car broke down. We waited 3 hours for road side assistance, only for them to cancel. So, I googled towing near me. Called Tow Maxx & they showed up in about 5 minutes, hooked up the car and we were on our way. When we got back to the condo, there’s no back in parking. The driver knew this & didn’t want us to have any trouble with the HOA/tickets, so he drove around, lifted the car from the rear axle and moved it into the parking spot, with the nose facing forward.

One of the best towing experiences I’ve had. Thank you.

So I just came in at 10pm to pick my car up I payed $200 it was there for like 3 days I think so not bad. It was my fault I'm just glad it all worked out fine the owner was very nice and to the point. He gets 5 stars for not being like what the reviews on here make him out to be.

I had my car towed back in November 2019 for being parked in a spot where they were repaving a parking lot and it was not posted. The condo association unfairly had my car towed along with many others. I had a very positive experience with this towing company. They took good care of my car and nothing was damaged. There wasn't even a scratch on it. They were very professional and courteous. They were just doing their job. Nobody wants to get their car towed but if I have to get my car towed again, I hope these are the guys that do it.

Thank you for a great experience! Towing companies have a bad reputation however they are only doing their job. The important part is that you treat people with respect as you would any other individual and as you would like to be treated. There is only so much that can be done and again it all depends on the attitude that is displayed towards a person. The gentleman who handled this process was very nice. Even though it's an inconvenience to have your car towed at least they treat you with respect and help you make the process hassle-free. I would recommend this company if you ever need the service.

This was my first time ever getting my car towed and I have to admit I was a little scared going in there because of things you hear about Tow companies. By the way it was my fault my car was towed. Really great experience , my car was towed ... and when i went to pick it up , The staff was nice enough to let me know that once i started my car that.. that i needed an oil change , ALSO they filled up the oil for me and put air in my tire that was very low. although it suck that the car was towed , they helped make it a better day .
